From the Mayor\’s Desk

“Norwin City stands at a remarkable moment in our history. We honor the vision of our founders who, over 130 years ago, chose to build something lasting here. Their investment in quality, in community, and in beauty shaped the very streets we walk today.

Today, we carry forward that legacy while embracing the challenges and opportunities of our time. Whether it’s preserving our architectural heritage, investing in education and public safety, or fostering economic vitality, every decision we make is guided by our commitment to Norwin’s future.

I invite you to be part of our story—to engage with your community, to celebrate what makes Norwin special, and to help us build an even brighter future for the next generation.”
